ABOUT
Located in New Richmond, Wisconsin, Bee's Ice Cream was started in 2012 when I was 17 years old to help pay for college. I did some research online and proposed the idea to my parents. I purchased an old FedEx truck from a used car dealership and put some 'elbow grease' into it. With the help of my family and friends, a floor was put down, shelving was taken out, a freezer and inverter were installed, a window was put in, and my licenseing was obtained. Finally, it was transformed into Bee's Ice Cream truck. After 4 successful years in business, it is now run by me, Breanna Simon, and my friends and family.

This is me! I run Bee's Ice Cream. I am a full-time student and will be graduating with a degree in Biology and enjoy anything in the outdoors.

These are my parents. They have been with me since the beginning. They co-own Simon Electric Construction Co. Inc. in New Richmond, WI and help whenever needed!

Chase has been with Bee's Ice Cream since 2013. He helps with stocking, daily routines, events, planning and more! He is on his way to becoming an electrician.
